Crystal Chandelier Manufacturing Process
OEM ODM Factory
1. Customer Drawing & Requirement Alignment
The customer provides reference images or design concepts for the crystal chandelier. Our sales team communicates in depth to confirm dimensions, lighting effects, crystal types, metal materials and installation scenarios, followed by an initial feasibility evaluation.
2. Design Refinement & Production Drawing Confirmation
Based on customer requirements and engineering standards, our design team prepares full production drawings, including overall dimension diagrams, metal structure breakdowns, LED strip layouts and crystal hanging positions. All materials and processes—such as welding requirements and drilling precision—are clearly marked.
3. Laser Cutting & Precision Drilling
Metal plates are laser-cut and drilled according to the drawings, ensuring high accuracy for LED strip mounting, crystal suspension points and structural connections to guarantee perfect assembly compatibility.
4. Welding & Frame Forming
Cut metal parts are welded into the chandelier frame with controlled flatness and structural strength. After welding, joints are ground and polished to remove burrs and ensure a smooth surface for subsequent processing.
5. LED Strip Installation
Following the drawing layout, LED strips are fixed to the preset mounting points on the metal frame. Wiring is secured to ensure accurate routing and stable lighting performance.
6. Electrical & Lighting Test
The assembled LED system is powered on to verify full illumination, identify any flicker or dark spots and ensure electrical connections are safe and stable.
7. Trial Hanging Simulation
The chandelier is suspended to simulate real installation conditions. We inspect structural stability (chains, hooks and load-bearing parts), evaluate the chandelier’s appearance and crystal drape, and check the lighting ambience. Any needed adjustments are completed at this stage.
8. Trial Hanging Display
The chandelier is displayed in its trial-hanging state for final visual confirmation, ensuring the overall form, crystal arrangement and lighting presentation meet the design expectations.
9. Cleaning & Surface Preparation
All crystal pieces, metal frames and decorative panels are carefully wiped with clean soft cloths to remove dust, fingerprints and residue, ensuring a spotless and glossy surface before packaging.
10. Protective Packaging
The chandelier is wrapped with kraft paper and reinforced with cardboard corner protectors to enhance anti-collision resistance. Straps are used to secure the product, ensuring no movement or abrasion during transportation.
11. Labeling & Shipment Arrangement
Product labels—containing item name, model, specifications, quantity, customer details and destination—are applied to the outer cartons. Logistics are arranged to deliver the goods to the customer’s designated address.
12. Container Loading & Dispatch
All packaged items are checked for accuracy and placed in the container according to a planned layout. Gaps are filled and goods secured to prevent shifting. After final inspection, the container is sealed and handed over to logistics for shipment.
