GUSURE Lighting Crafting Process
From Concept to Masterpiece
Brass & Glass Wall Lamp Crafting Process
Our brass and blown-glass wall lamps are created through a precise, multi-stage process that begins with detailed customer drawings and requirement analysis. We refine every aspect of the design—including brass texture, glass color and bubble effects—before entering production. Each brass component is cast or forged, assembled into the structural frame and re-inspected to ensure perfect surface finishing. Blown-glass shades are carefully installed and evaluated for clarity, color accuracy and structural integrity. After reinforcement of all connection points, every lamp undergoes strict lighting performance and safety testing. Finally, each product is secured with export-grade molded foam and wooden framing to guarantee safe transportation worldwide.
Crystal Chandelier Manufacturing Process
Our crystal chandelier production begins with an in-depth design consultation to confirm dimensions, lighting style, metal finish, crystal type and installation needs. We develop full engineering drawings—including structure breakdowns, LED layout plans and hanging diagrams—to ensure flawless execution. Metal components are laser-cut with high precision, drilled and welded into a stable frame, with each weld polished for a smooth finish. LED strips are installed according to layout, followed by electrical and lighting tests to guarantee consistent brightness and safe performance. The chandelier is then trial-hung to simulate real installation, allowing us to assess stability, crystal drape, symmetry and lighting ambience. After final cleaning and visual checks, the product is professionally packaged, labeled and loaded for secure international shipment.
Stretch Fabric Decorative Light Process
Our stretch fabric decorative lights are crafted through a highly detailed process that begins with analyzing customer drawings, pattern requirements, fabric texture and installation scenarios. We generate complete production drawings covering frame curvature, fabric cutting templates and pattern positioning to ensure precise execution. The metal frame is cut, welded and polished to form a smooth foundation. A film layer is applied to create a flawless under-surface, followed by manual fabric application where tension, alignment and pattern accuracy are carefully controlled. The assembled lamp is trial-hung to check structural stability, fabric smoothness, color uniformity and light diffusion through layered materials. After passing all inspections, the lamps are cleaned, installed onsite if required, and packaged securely for delivery to ensure perfect condition upon arrival.
